Whether you're indulging in their delectable pastas or unwinding with a cocktail during their enticing happy hour, every facet of Artusi promises a celebration of Italian cuisine.

Artusi boasts a fine selection of handcrafted dishes, characterized by fresh ingredients and time-honored techniques. Each pasta is made in-house, reflecting the artistry of their chefs. The pork cheek ragout found in the pasta della sera has received rave reviews for its transformative taste. Guests like Ceallaigh Montgomery have praised its compelling richness, perfectly encapsulating what makes Italian food so comforting yet refined.

Their meatballs are hailed as the best in town, with a blend of herbs and spices that excite the palate. Delicious food! Go for happy hour, it’s a great deal. Had an excellent espresso martini, the meatball, and the pasta della sera which was a pork cheek ragout (to die for). I see a lot of reviews mention portion size, but this isn’t really “American” portions and I didn’t expect big Olive Garden portions. All in all, an amazing meal with great service!

This was our second visit to Artusi and we loved it just as much or maybe even a little more than our first visit... The ambiance is good. Service is attentive if not overly friendly. There are a number of tables and 2 bar seating areas... one at the actual bar and the other at the open kitchen. We really enjoy sitting at the open kitchen bar as we get to watch all the cooking action! Everything is hand and fresh made here... the noodles, sauces, meatballs and everything else... And oh... those meatballs... the BEST in town by far! Beautiful sauce, hand formed meatballs with excellent herbs and seasonings... serves fresh out of a pot where they have been simmering in sauce... the special pasta of the day is always amazing... today we also got the risotto which was superb! The burrata dish was perfectly excellent and paired with a light salad and finally... the melon sorbet was like eating frozen melon bursting with flavor!! Wow! A meal to savor and we can't wait to go back!!

Ideal Sunday evening dinner with a lover or a friend. Benjamin W, the server, blessed us with a side frisee salad that had caught our attention on the nduja bruschetta. Lovely Moka pot and pistachio ricotta cream cannoli to end the night. Everything was prompt, delicious, and made us feel right at home. Walk here on a crisp spring eve and I think you will enjoy what follows.

I ended up here one night and I wasn't happy because I was missing Monday Night Football. That was four years ago and I absolutely love this place! The pasta is the best pasta I have ever eaten. I put my for down to savor and appreciate each bite! I like to sit at the counter where the chefs are doing their thing....I like talking to them to pick up tips on pasta preparation! A definite go to spot!!

This restaurant has rebranded the pork chop for me. I had the absolute best pork chop last night at Artusi, it was juicy and perfectly cooked, with skin that was chicharron-style crispy on the outside, served with grilled apricots. And the pasta is what you'd expect from a Spinasse sister restaurant (see: incredible). The service is friendly and quick, I sat at the bar solo and had a lovely evening. Highly recommend stopping by this spot!

Hip Italian restaurant with chill vibes in Capitol Hill. Cool bar seating with a glorious floor to ceiling beverage collection, and small cosy table seating surrounding. Unique menu with some different flavours and textures.

Update 10/24 Love the pasta special! 10/23 My rabbit ragu pasta couldn't have been better! Anywhere. I thanked the chefs and they deserved it. My friend had a meatball. She said it was better than her own - high praise. We both found excellent wines on the list for just a few dollars more than the happy hour selection. Happy Hour 10/12/23 Looking forward to the next time. Ci veiamo!

One of my favorite restaurants in Seattle! Their pasta dishes and cocktails are on par with the ones from Spinasse, their sister restaurant next door, but I love the less formal vibe and energy of Artusi. It's the perfect restaurant for when you want to treat yourself. It's great for a nice dinner date, to impress visiting friends, or just when you want some of the best pasta in Seattle. Portions are on the smaller side, but the food is very good. The staff is also wonderful, and I recommend sitting at the bar and watching the amazing chefs at work. Don't forget dessert!
